Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to attract and retain users, with a focus on scalability and sustainability.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the sports tech landscape, including competitor analysis.
- User Acquisition: Utilize a mix of channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC) to drive user acquisition, prioritizing cost-effective and high-ROI tactics.
- Content Creation: Work with the content team to develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content that aligns with the company's brand and growth objectives. Experience with video editing required.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future growth strategies.
- Experimentation: Lead A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine marketing approaches and improve user acquisition and retention rates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure growth initiatives align with overall company objectives and product offerings.
- Brand Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with key influencers, partners, and customers in the sports and tech communities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, ideally within the tech and/or sports industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with AI and its applications in sports is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality and a relentless focus on achieving growth targets.
- Experience with Google, Facebook and Youtube Ads
- Experience with Email Campaigns
