J.D for the Sr.Executive – Customer Care
? Total Customer care management
? Responding promptly to customer queries
? Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
? Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
? Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
? Responsible for all post - sales activities
? Delivering high-value services to our high end clients for exalting their satisfaction levels.
? Must be having computer proficiency like MS word, Excel, Mail correspondence, goggle drive etc.
Key Skills :
• Candidates should have 6-7 Exp. in Sales and customer care
• Candidates from the Real Estate Industry are preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CTC upto 4.00 L/P.A
• Candidate should have the confidence level to deal with high end clients.
