Job description

You will be responsible for: Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping. Process applicants through a funnel of screening. Report recruiting activities on a timely basis. Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our Clients Recruitment process. Maintain a proactive approach in seeking feedback from candidates to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process. Assist and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including, screening, interviewing, and feedback. To ensure the internal dashboard is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding. Efficient data uploading: Proficient in handling data uploading tasks with precision and accuracy, ensuring seamless flow of information and maintaining data integrity. Meticulous tracker maintenance: Diligently maintain trackers, keeping them up-to-date and organized, enabling easy access and retrieval of essential information for efficient decision-making. Streamlined MIS operations: Expertly manage Management Information System (MIS) processes, ensuring smooth functioning, timely reporting, and comprehensive data analysis for informed business decisions.

What You’ll Need:

Pursuing Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
