Job description
We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic Presales/Business Development team as a Business Development Representative for international markets .
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads for our IT services in targeted international markets.
- Develop strong rapport with potential customers.
- Secure appointments for our business team through compelling communication and objection handling.
- Utilize research skills to leverage LinkedIn, Google Search, and business directories to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of call activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with the Presales/Business Development team to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling in international markets.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and appointment setting through cold calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of international calling protocols and etiquette.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Google Search, and business directories for lead research.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
