Role Description

We are seeking a full-time US Healthcare Recruiter (Allied) to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting allied healthcare professionals with hospitals and facilities across the United States. You will use your excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong partnerships with healthcare providers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year relevant expr required. (Should have experience in serving #allied positions like Medical Lab Technologists, Ultrasound Techs, Sonographers, Radiology Techs, X-Ray Techs, CT Technologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists)
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
