Job description

CXOKART Consultancy LLP (), a boutique Business Consulting firm, supports companies in accentuating Growth, Productivity, and Governance. We are primarily focused on BFSI & ITES industries and SMEs, Start-ups, Proprietor driven companies.

 

We need a dynamic senior resource, to drive our business development initiative handling the following Job Responsibilities :

· Acquisition of clients for CXOKART

· Map the market and identify the right companies who require CXOKART services

· Contact the target companies and showcase the capability of CXOKART to support their Business Growth, Productivity, and Governance

· Prepare RFP and presentations for various prospective clients

· Use Social Media & Digital Marketing to acquire clients – work with Digital Marketing Specialist

· Attend various Industry and online forums to increase awareness about CXOKART & drive business development

· Relationship management with the existing clients & billing/collections on time

 

Required Education & Experience :

· Preferably an MBA

· Strong BD experience of a minimum of 5 years in Corporate Sales

· Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills

· Good understanding of Business Consulting practice

 

Additional Information:

· Location – Hyderabad (for the right candidate, we may consider working from home)

· Compensation – Depending upon the Candidate's preference

# Option 2 - Engagement as a partner on a profit sharing basis
