Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Specialist – Stores for a Pune based MNC

*Candidate must have experience, from Manufacturing ,automobile or Electronics Industries*

Location - Pune Chakan

1.Inventory Management:

1. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
2. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
3. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of records.

2. Receiving and Inspection:

1. Receive deliveries and inspect items for quality and quantity.
2. Record and report any discrepancies or damages.

3. Storage and Organization:

1. Ensure that all items are properly stored and labeled.
2. Organize storage areas for easy access and efficient space utilization.
3. Implement proper shelving and storage systems.

4. Distribution and Fulfillment:

1. Facilitate the timely distribution of goods to the appropriate departments or
2. individuals.
3. Maintain a system for tracking and documenting distribution.

5. Supplier Coordination:

1. Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and returns.
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

1. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and usage patterns.
2. Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

7. Safety and Security:

1. Implement safety measures to ensure a safe working environment within the stores

area. Monitor security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to stored items.
