Job description
We are hiring for Manager-Financial Accounting
Responsible for and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), internal guidelines, accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with key stakeholders - Account Owners, Regulators and Entity/Segment Controllers
Ensure controls compliance with prevailing policies procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA), etc.
Ensure that all timelines are continually met, and adequate controls are maintained over the processes to ensure integrity of the information
Continuously challenge the Status Quo and seek opportunity for redesign.
Required skills:
Understanding of financial statement balance sheet reporting analysis
Understanding of end to end AR/AP process flow, accounting reconciliation
Ability to connect accounting reporting
SEC/legal entity/regulatory/ segment reporting analysis
Knowledge of accounting guidelines
Understanding of operational, SOX other related control framework compliance
