Your Role
We are looking for an experienced, committed Marketing Specialist/Account Manager, who can take on the marketing responsibilities of two of our trade exhibitions. This would involve an understanding of tech, strategising, implementing content marketing through social and email marketing channels, managing barter collaborations, getting government support, supporting the sales team, analysing performance and tweaking strategies accordingly, and more.
You have to be able to write compelling content, conduct research, manage email marketing, social media marketing and analyse their performance. You also have to liaise with our Design, Sales, Conference and Operations teams, when required.
Who we are looking for:
- A marketer with atleast 6 years of experience handling B2B content and its marketing. Trade show experience is a bonus!
- A talented storyteller who can conduct in-depth research and create compelling marketing content.
- An organized individual who can maintain a content calendar and plan ahead with a focus on quality.
- Someone who can focus on managing barters and maintaining relationships with associations and media.
- Someone who can work in tandem with our performance marketing team.

- A collaborator who can work with colleagues in Dubai on varied projects.
- Someone who is willing to travel to our tradeshows and handle marketing operations from there.
- A communicator who can clearly articulate their plan and execute it seamlessly.
- A team player, who works well with all levels of executives.
- Someone with excellent spoken and written English and strong communication skills.
- A person who is a stickler for detail and a grammar fiend. Must be a quick learner and a problem solver and calm under pressure.
- Someone who knows how to use and analyse results from digital marketing tools for various operations.
Technical skills:
- Expertise in email marketing
- Social media marketing
- Deep knowledge of various tools related to digital marketing including Google Analytics, MailChimp, Ad Campaigns and CRM.
Personal skills:
- You are easy-going, friendly, and professional
- You are interested in learning about new subjects, markets, and industries, especially in the B2B sector.
- You are respectful of the people, cultural attitudes, behaviours, and opinions.
- You are open to out-of-the-box thinking and constructive criticism.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B content, email and Social media marketing
