- DescriptionThe Human Resource System Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.Responsibilities
- Collaborates with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
- Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.
- Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders.
- Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Collaborates with other Human Resource staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features.
- Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Provides user training and hands-on support.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Complies with the requirements of the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (where required).A successful HRIS Analyst
- Work experience as an HRIS Analyst, or similar role
- Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level) for data crunching and data validation
- Good communications skills
- Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensured accuracy in all tasks, from correspondence to complex report preparation.
- Ability to easily calculate, compute, organize, understand, and solve numerical and quantitative problems.
- Exploratory Data Analysis
- Have good organizational and time management skills to manage assigned tasks in a self-directed way, while prioritizing and working on multiple tasks simultaneouslyEducation, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.

- Ability to keep information confidential.
