Summary:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will be responsible for driving performance, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization using Oracle Financials Cloud.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and drive profitability.
- Identify and correct financial or operational concerns, and recommend solutions to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns, and recommending solutions to improve financial performance.
- Solid grasp of financial reporting and analysis, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
