Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for our Customer Success & Business Development department at Udaipur and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and should possess strong IT industry knowledge, especially in Customer Success & Growth /Sales/Business Development roles. The primary responsibilities of this role include lead generation, business growth, pre-sales efforts, farming, upselling and cross selling.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities within the target market segments. Use market research and industry knowledge to identify prospects.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, including setting sales targets, developing market penetration plans, and establishing key performance indicators.
- Create and manage suctioning decks and pitch decks to effectively present the companys offerings to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and work towards delivering value-added solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Maximize revenue potential from each client relationship.
- Leverage your extensive experience in IT Customer Solutions Group, Sales, and Business Development to drive success in this role. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in business development, with at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including offshore development centre services and enterprise application development.
- Well-versed on SDLC and deep understanding on emerging trends in Software industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience in lead generation, marketing, and sales strategy development.
- Previous experience in a 'growth escalator' role, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong knowledge of Software application development and services.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
