Job description

Qualification- MBA (Marketing) with atleast 5-10 years exp. in handling Brand management from good FMCG Industries only.

Job responsibilities

• Devised the brand strategy (long term and short term) which included redefining the target group and brand positioning Identified focus market geographies for different product categories
• Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations
• Drives the evolution of the brand and its positioning, builds brand proposition for the new products to be launched.
• Assist in developing the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Marketing Head
• Responsible for analysis on Market trends, consumer insights and competitors activities
• Drives and utilizes the digitization effort to provide reports to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and makes strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs.
• Recommend consumer promotions schemes, plan and execute consumer events
