Role And Responsibilities As a Tele Marketing Manager at K20S Kinetic Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in increasing the collection percentage of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and managing a team of telemarketing executives
- Monitoring retention percentage on a regular basis
- Ensuring maximum number of appointments are scheduled per month
- Preparing and reporting weekly/monthly MIS to the Branch Manager
Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Graduate in the relevant field
- Minimum experience of 8+ years in Telemarketing or Tele sales
- Age above 32 years
