Mission Overview: As a PMO Technique Mission Specialist you will play a pivotal role in various technical aspects including project management vehicle projects modules/platforms projects and international coordination with PMO supports across different regions. Your responsibilities involve managing the technical job family providing support to vehicle projects and modules/platforms and coordinating international technical support.

Challenges and Responsibilities:

• Deployment of Standards and Tools: Explain and deploy standards and tools formalize related operating methods and ensure their efficiency.
• Assistance to Technical Managers: Provide assistance to Technical Managers and specialists and ensure the implementation of standards.
• Project Evaluation: Organize onsite project evaluations compare results and incorporate lessons learned to improve operating methods.
• PLM Deployment Support: Provide Level 2 support for PLM issues conduct project team trainings on key technical operating methods managed in PLM.
• International Technical Support Coordination: Define operating processes for international projects and coordinate technical support between regions.
• Management Responsibilities: Manage the staffing of technical specialists recruit and manage their careers. Define skills organize training plans and update the RT (Technical Leader) pool.
• Outsourcing Plan: Define and deploy the outsourcing plan for PTMO activities in line with the groups strategy.

CrossCutting Activities:

• Training Plan Management: Manage the training plan for all employees of the DPVS entity in coordination with HR.

• Events Organization: Organize phase seminars and suppliers conventions related to projects.

• Reporting Synthesis: Prepare weekly KPI synthesis dashboards for projects.

• Occupational Health and Safety Assessment: Conduct an SMST assessment for the entity.

• Project Location Management: Manage offices and mobile phones for projects.

International Technical support coordination: the goal is to reinforce technical support in the various regions and implement the same processes all over the world

• Define operating process for International Project modules platforms and mass production

• Coordinate the technical support between Europe and the other regions: China South America and Morocco.

Management mission:

• Manage the Technical specialists staffing

• Write the mission letters of the Technical actors (RT and Technical leaders)

• Recruit and manage the careers of the Technical specialists and Provide the Technical specialists for all Projects Platform / Module and serial life

• Be the referent of the Technical job family

• Define the necessary skills and the associated level Organize the increased skills and build training plans for technical actors (RTTechnical specialists).

• Constitute and update the RT pool: Make the RT casting for validation by job family leader.

• Define and deploy the outsourcing plan for PTMO activities in line with the groups strategy.
