Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling client inquiries and requests, and communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements. The Client Servicing Manager will also be responsible for liaising between the clients and the company's internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Experience in the events and exhibitions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
