Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Admin Work
- Do Follow-ups as the given work
- Monitor the Office work properly
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Should be multi-tasking
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Coordinating events as necessary.

- Qualification: Any graduate

- Male/Female: Both

- In house/site work: No site work only in house
- Fresher/Experience: Experience 0- 2 yrs
- Salary Package(Monthly Gross): Between 12 - 20k
