Job Description: Counter Sales Executive (Diamond/Gold Showroom)
Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of diamond and gold jewelry in our showroom. Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces, meet sales targets, and maintain a well-presented display.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with warmth and professionalism, understanding their needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, utilizing upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Comply with company policies and ethical selling practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Knowledge of diamonds and gold jewelry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency.
