Job description

Requirement gathering as per the approved proposal received from Sales team

Documenting Process Flow & the gap visa a vis prevalent solutions (ASIS vs TOBE)

Preparing and documenting Solution plan with help of technical teams

Gathering master data test cases from existing system/users

Plan Monitor and ensure smooth transition of various projects (ERP Automation/Integration using IoT platforms

Effectively manage project costs manage accruals Document & provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures to reporting head

Entire Program management of internal delivery teams third party associates client s to ensure timely delivery of the projects

Periodic Project reviews reporting & Signoffs from associates & clients

Ensure Continuous communication with clients / management

Handling customers relations & escalations

Consulting background

Knowledge of business processes in various industry verticals

Excellent Project management skills

Good team management & leadership qualities with experience in managing multiple teams vendor stakeholders.

Previous experience in SAP ERPSCMITES

Excellent client facing & Communication skills

Analytical Mind & Out of Box thinking

Should have worked for large multiple engagements for Onsite & offshore Model

Knowledge of various software/applications/System integration (basic level)

Ability to tackle work pressure and quality to handle escalations

Excellent attitude to resolve ambiguity

Experience: 10-15years experience in selling end to end B2B solutions like ERP, SCM, CRM, SCADA/Industrial Automation ,MES, PLM & 1-2 years functional experience in IOT / Smart / Digital technologies/ Consultative selling Should have 1-2 years experience in ERP/IOT /Connected machines fields / System Integration Should have knowledge of popular IOT platforms from leading vendors like IBM, PTC, GE, Azure Skills Required: Understanding of Business Processes and should have Domain Knowledge of Industries such as Process Manufacturing, Petrochemical , Specialty Chemicals, Fine chemicals , Food & Beverages etc Able to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric /ROI Value based solutions and sales themes Ability in Identifying gaps, conceptualize the scope for custom solution. Good Knowledge of Industry 4.0 & its implication on industries in coming years. Must have functional knowledge of leading IOT platforms & there features along with high level caliber to estimate the feasibility of proposed solutions Good understanding of various technology used in industries & digital innovation that bring value to business. Superior presentation skills (with an emphasis on listening.) with good interpersonal and communication skills.
