What You'll Be Doing … We currently have an opening for a Proposal Coordinator. This person will manage the full life cycle of the RFP process, from identifying and evaluating RFPs to developing and submitting responses. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will:
- Manage the full life cycle of the RFP process from RFP analysis, bid/no-bid decisions, response development, and final submission
- Become an expert in Gyrus's Learning Management Systems (LMS) product and service offerings
- Attend any pre-proposal conferences and ask pertinent questions to inform bid/no-bid decisions and response
- Manage multiple RFP projects and prioritize them accordingly
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure responses are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally presented.
- Be responsible for the final packaging of all deliverables for RFP submissions.
Requirements Who you are… Experienced. This role is for someone with 3+ years of experience in bid/proposal development or related roles and have knowledge of RFP life cycle management.
Organized and Efficient: Skilled at analyzing and managing RFPs of various sizes and complexities, ensuring that all submission requirements are met and are on time.
Educated. Professional Degree Any Bachelor's Degree, Any Master's Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
