Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at R3 Consultant. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records. This is a Full-Time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Proficient in accounting software, tally and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of integrity and trustworthiness
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial data
- Verify financial transactions by auditing documents
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle tax filings and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and guidance
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
