Good in oral and written communication Should be able to handle LMS Learning plan management, User access issues, report, small enhancements, and annual release testing Experience in Administration, development, and services that relate to design, build, testing, or maintenance activities in SuccessFactors and Boomi. Should handle HCM semi-annual Release/upgrade assessment, analysis, support, and testing. Experience in Debugging and troubleshooting application and product errors and issues. Maintain Configuration and Enhancement workbooks.
