Role : Sales Executive(Business Development Executive) Industry Type: Real Estate Functional Area: Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Responsibilities:

Attend inbound/Outbound business development calls to understand their requirements.

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports..

Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Maintaining client records.

Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Job Requirements:

Any Degree, PG.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Passion for business development and want to pursue a further career in business development only.
