About the Role:

We are looking for talented and self-directed engineers to expand our Amman engineering team in the area of Web Admin Applications.

How you will make an impact:

  • Back-end Programming Languages: Strong proficiency with Java, Relational database technology (especially MS SQL SERVER), XML and related technologies.
  • Front-end Technologies: Strong knowledge of Web Technologies, mainly JavaScript, HTML, CSS and
  • Analysis & Design: Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Good knowledge of common design patterns.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Strong knowledge in Agile development methodologies, i.e. Scrum.
  • Work effectively in a team environment. You are expected and encouraged to suggest improvements and discuss ideas in a constructive and professional manner with team members. You are required to maintain the balance between being a team player and being able to effectively work solely.
  • Tools: IDEs (IntelliJ) Version Control (Both SVN and Git) Build Tools (Gradle).
  • Servers: Excellent understanding of servlet containers and web servers, especially Tomcat.
  • OS: Ubuntu is the main development OS. You are expected to be familiar with handling tasks via Unix/Linux command line
  • Work effectively with a legacy Java code base to design intelligent and efficient solutions for new problems and rewrites.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute developer testing on software solutions to meet deliverable deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
