We Have an Opening for Customer Care Executive for our client in Thane.

Designations: Customer Care Executive

Locations: Jambhali Naka, Thane West

Salary 20 to 30k PM

Timing 10AM to 7PM weekly off Sunday

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Each caller will be responsible for managing approximately 80 to 100 calls per day.
Booking appointments for Clinic and Hospital OPD services.
Adhere to call center scripts and procedures.
Stay updated on changes and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
