About the Position --AGM-HR OPERATIONS

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi/NCR and working in HR Operations with a reputed company. Minimum 15 years of experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities & Experience

Must be presently handling HR Operations in a full-time role in a reputed organisation HR Policy & Process Formulation Compensation Employee Engagement Performance Management New Hire Orientation& Development Handholding of new employees Grievance Handling Employee Relations Reward & Recognition Training & development Reporting of employment metrics Reference checks & Back Ground Verification Referral Policy & Process End-to-end lifecycle management of employees Employee Communication Implementing HRIS & PMS systems Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Must be based in Delhi NCR

Qualifications

MBA-HR with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. Proven track record as a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policies and procedures, ability to think outside the box, and having a solution-centric approach.
