Candidate must have Inbound banking customer service, banking process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 year, preferably banking domain.
Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations
Any Graduate
Minimum 1 years experience preferably BFSI/Banking domain
Language: English and Hindi
Day shits with 1 rotational weeks off

Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
Good communication skills required in Language: English + Hindi.
Salary: Upto 5.5 LPA
