We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, data integration, and building robust data pipelines. This role will involve working with various data sources, designing data models, and implementing scalable solutions for data processing and analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, and related services.
- Proficiency in Python programming for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies, such as Apache Airflow, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, and Google Cloud Storage.
- Solid understanding of data mining techniques, data warehousing concepts, and data pipeline architecture.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards, with the ability to implement best practices in a cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
