Job Summary:
MECSUS Wire EDM Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) technology and demonstrate excellent sales and communication skills. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling MECSUS Wire EDM solutions to prospective clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers within the specified market segment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of MECSUS Wire EDM Technology.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Wire EDM technology, its applications, and industry trends.
- Clearly articulate technical specifications and advantages of MECSUS Wire EDM solutions to potential clients.
- Provide technical support to customers during the sales process.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share market intelligence.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the Wire EDM industry.
- Strong understanding of Wire EDM technology and its applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
