Position Title: - HR Executive

Location: - Ghatkopar (East)

Qualifications: - Any Graduate

Experience Required – 1+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
• Calculate bonuses and allowances
• Report on payroll expenses
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
• Will be responsible for administering payroll accurately and on timely basis
• Will be responsible for filing PF, ESI, PT and LWF and other statutory challans
• Must have extensive knowledge of labour law and compliance
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage laws and best practices
• Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on payroll and HR compliance activities to management
• Ensure that internal and external compliance, statutory laws are met without deviations or delays
• Provide MIS, reporting and analytics related to HR Operations

Required Skill Set:

• Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll and HR compliance
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
• Sound knowledge of PF Act & rules, ESIC, PT & MLWF, EPF/EPS calculations, PF registration process, KYC, online nomination, PF forms - 11, 5A, 3A, monthly & Annual PF returns, UAN creation, ECR upload, Challan generation, PF payment, transfer claims, Gratuity, PT, Bonus, MLWF and other such acts/laws, Capability to handle large head counts, advanced excel.
