Role: Ping Directory Location: Hyderabad, Pune or Bangalore Hybrid Mode Position and Rotational Shift Exp: 3 - 5 years Ping Directory Job Description The Cyber Risk Services - IAM practice assists organizations in creating, developing, and deploying cutting-edge IAM solutions to safeguard their information and confidential data, while also enhancing their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The Cyber Risk Services - IAM team provides services to clients through the following key areas of IAM:
- LDAP Directory services
- User provisioning
- Privileged Identity Management
- Access certification
- Access management and federation
- Entitlements management
- Role management
- Strategy and roadmap for Identity & Access Management
- Strong authentication
Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities include:
- Monitoring alerts and conducting routine health checks of services.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting incident management according to applicable SLAs, providing root cause analysis, and supporting problem management.
- Managing service requests in line with processes and SLAs.
- Demonstrating experience with Unix, Linux, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.
- Having a solid understanding of overall configuration, troubleshooting, patch application, configuring replication, schema management, ACI management, encryption, etc., of Directory server solutions.
- Familiarity with password policy configuration in LDAP Directory server implementations.
- Offering expertise on performance/tuning recommendations for Directory products and the ability to document procedures for other engineers to follow.
- Capable of making SOX/audit-related assessments, documenting required changes, and implementing feasible changes.
- Having good knowledge and experience in Active Directory user administration, certificate management, and group management.
- Possessing administrative scripting experience using any scripting language such as PowerShell, Perl, or shell.
- Supporting multi-domain environments, which may include hybrid setups like Active Directory and AzureAD.
- Demonstrating good analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient communication, and leadership skills to drive client conversations.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
- Monitoring service mailbox and supporting end-user queries.
- Generating reports for daily/periodic PAM administration or processes.
- Assisting IT Risk or audit teams with reports, evidence, and process walkthroughs.
- Supporting change documentation, change deployment, and post-change validations.
- Documenting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational runbooks.
- Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Requirements - 4+ years of experience managing PingDirectory, UnboundID, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), or a combination of both.
- Experience working in rotational shift mode.
Preferred:
- Experience with other IAM tools like CyberArk, Sailpoint, Okta, Quest, AzureAD will be advantageous.
- IAM technology certifications.
- MCSE certification preferred.
- Exposure to other security domains besides Identity & Access Management.
