Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home/Private Tutor located in Varanasi. The Home/Private Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support to students of all ages, creating personalized lesson plans, monitoring student progress, and communicating with parents and teachers.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of subject matter (Maths, Science, Language Arts, etc.)
- Experience in teaching or tutoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Patience and ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, the subject matter of focus or related field
- Experience in teaching students with learning difficulties is a plus
