DESIGNATION: Sr.HR Recruiter
REPORTING TO: HR Manager / Director
LOCATION: Wadala
OBJECTIVE
To Strategize & execute the recruitment activities at HO & factory level, identifying
and deploying best practices in staffing & recruitment automating these systems for
speed & efficiency. Rolling out new initiatives and executing the recruitment cycle in
timely manner, ensuring compliance of all related statutory requirements with a view
to provide the right manpower at the right time within the budgetary provisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection:
Usage of different sources of Recruitment
• Lead & Direct the recruitment process by liaising with service providers,
shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, recommending fitment for
approval from AM-HR and Director to ensure that the manpower plan andthe
requirements of the company are met.
• To ensure validation of staff requisition form & JD of each position.
• Tie up with recruitment agencies. Ensuring all the agreement formalities and
their timely payment
• To use recruitment portals on regular basis so that the dependency on
recruitment agencies is minimum & thereby reducing the cost
• Designing & publishing quality advertisements to attract suitable manpower
• Liasioning & negotiating with staffing agencies (Third Party) on terms of
relationship & ensuring all statutory compliances for contractual hiring (If Any)
• Floating various Employee Referral Scheme and motivate employees for its
maximum usage
HRMIS:
• Devise and maintain various Recruitment related tracker
• Ensure receipt & checking of daily manpower report
• Maintenance of Employee referral MIS, Recruitment agencies MIS, Daily
interview status tracker
MIS To Be Sent:
• Recruitment Tracker
• Daily Activity Tracker
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4 – 5 years
QUALIFICATION • Any Graduate • Post Graduate (HR) will Be preferred
TARGET INDUSTRIES: Any manufacturing industry/ Staffing agency having handled manufacturing staffing
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Manufacturing industry
COMPETENCIES:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in working on Job portals
- Good knowledge of the Statutory Compliances.
- Good knowledge of HR concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office & PPT
Behavioural Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written Communication skills
- Assessment of Talent: Ability to judge and assess talent, recruit and select staff appropriate to current and future organizational needs.
- Good in customer interaction and relationship management
- Self Motivated
- Good Listener & Negotiator
- Time Management
