Responsibilities typically include configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting middleware components, such as application Google PubSub, MS IIS, Redis and integration platforms. L2 professionals assist in deploying and scaling middleware infrastructure, monitoring performance, and resolving common issues. Collaborate with L1 support and development teams, contributing to middleware integration projects. Proficiency in middleware software, scripting languages, and a strong understanding of middleware architecture and best practices are prerequisites. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.)
