Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional for Recruitment and Generalist profile. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing candidates in a technical field, and a tireless approach to researching and contacting the best engineering talent.


1. TALENT ACQUISITION • Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
• Build a 'Employer Brand' in the Talent Market and create a strong presence for talent recruitment and retention.
• Analyse the industry and market conditions to create and update the job levels, requirements and respective budgets of the same.
• Responsible for the end-to-end hiring & recruitment process for all levels within the timelines defined.
• Making Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans sourcing strategy & Hiring Budgets, depending upon the recruitment numbers shared by our internal Stakeholders.
• Responsible for direct Client/Stakeholder Management and interaction with Business Unit Heads etc. to understand requisitions, and share progress.
• Handling all the pre-recruitment activities from designing the Job Advertisements, Job Descriptions, and Specifications as per the position required.
• Preliminary interviewing of prospective candidates assessing the candidate's Skill Matrix against preferred Skill Set.
• Conduct Weekly Global Talent Acquisition reviews with the team and present TA report to the management
• Develop Market Mapping on competition hiring - Profiling Talent pools and drive recruitment campaigns accordingly.

2. HR OPERATIONS AND EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT • Facilitate and support business change and performance across supported groups through the implementation of an effective people strategy; influence significant business decisions through a close partnership with a team leader and his/her leadership team.
• Manage people processes including annual performance management, and talent reviews to ensure levels of capabilities and performance to meet current and future requirements of the business.
• Conceptualize, drive and implement high-impact, comprehensive, and caring People programs, policies, practices, processes, and procedures in line with the business strategy, especially in the context of today's post-pandemic workforce and workplace.
• To act as an advocate of the company's values and cultivate a best-in-class culture; nurturing the 'employee experience', enabling integration of the workforce with the company culture, and shaping an empowered, capable, high-performance-oriented workforce
• Work with stakeholders and leadership to align and deliver on agreed business and talent goals
• Maintain active and regular communication and reviews with the stakeholders
• Influence peers in their respective stakeholder teams independently

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Total experience of 3 to 6 years
• Min of 3 years of work exp required in the recruitment
• MBA degree in Human resources or a similar relevant field
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
• Experience in sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for mid-management and senior management positions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and ATS is required
