Job description
- The incumbent should be from the CRM/Banking/BFSI Domain.
- Knowledge of project management standards processes procedures and guidelines.
- Computer literacy / good communication / presentation skills
- Knowledge of the industry project management best practices (PMBOK).
- Knowledge of varying IT and project methodologies or frameworks such as Waterfall Scrum and Kanban.
- Project Management Structures projects appropriately; Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes programs on time and budget; manages program team activities.
- Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry e.g. ISO CMMi Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to set clear expectations manage team capacity and performance and build high morale among team members.
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting ROI Cost benefit analysis Payback
- Strong Analytical and Investigative skills
- High degree of management skill in organization planning and negotiation.
- Computer literacy / good communication / presentation skills
- Proficient in project management software.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Project Management
- Certification as an Associate in Project Management (PMI CAPM) or equivalent professional Project Management certification.
- Leadership Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well; effectively influences actions and opinions of others; accepts feedback from others; gives appropriate recognition to others. Skill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widelydiffering viewpoints.
- Issue & conflict resolution Ability to recognize and overcome resistance. Ability to control project issues while avoiding power confrontations.
- Problem Solving Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Quality Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Flexible Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a cando attitude; having good organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Good oral and written communication and customer service skills (Internal & External).
- Technical Tools Excellent skills in Microsoft Project Word Excel and Outlook.
