Salary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
Responsibilities - Preparation of job description
- Posting job description to the portals
- Collecting candidates information
- Screening resumes and conduct initial stage of interview
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies
- Attendance management
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of employees
Requirements - Should have good knowledge in IT recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Should have atleast 3 months internship experience
