Looking for Client Relationship Manager for leading life insurance company.

Duties and Obligations:

- Hitting preset goals for sales by managing team

- Each member of the sales team should be given a personal target.

- Tracking sales goals and, as necessary, updating others on progress.

- Overseeing the performance and operations of the sales team.

- Plan the collection of leads concurrently with marketing.

- Your sales staff's ongoing training.

- Monitoring the performance and actions of the sales staff.

- Scheduling lead generation with marketing campaigns.

- The ongoing training of your sales team.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: Up to 5.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
