Job description
Project Role : Business Process Services Practitioner Project Role Description : Recommend, build, develop documentation for new business processes. Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements and work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Develop training and demonstration material to internal and external audiences. Must have Skills : Process Architecture Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization, Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : A Help customers drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Celonis B Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each customer to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Celonis technical requirements C Manage Lead business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement D Build business cases and ROI calculations Technical Experience : A 11 years in process improvement / technology consulting, professional services, or software services/implementations B SQL and data visualization experience C Experience in Data Mining and Process Mining D Understanding of Business Processes KPIs Professional Attributes : Be autonomousHave strong communication skillsWork in a team Presentation skills Educational Qualification : BE or MCA or MSc comp science, MBA Additional Information : Be autonomousHave strong communication skillsWork in a team Presentation skills
