Introduction
- Designation - The Sales and Marketing Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities include assisting in market research, creating promotional materials and contributing to sales campaign development. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing, fostering skills in communication, data analysis, and customer engagement. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and gain insight into the dynamic field of sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing Brand Sales and Marketing campaigns
- Work to acquire and retain customers. follow sales leads and open up new avenues for the business to target and focus on customer relationship management.
- Collaboration with the diverse teams in Digital Marketing, Sales, Product, Recruitment operations & Management.
- Client Engagement - Managing existing Clients and capturing feedback.
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers in the market to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, such as cold-calling, visiting potential clients, and networking events.
- Present the company's product to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities wherever needed.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Provide real time support to clients to build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software or other tools.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
- Prefer candidates with MBA, MCA or relevant education in technology, marketing or sales.
Must-Have Skills
- Effective communication, presentation, articulation and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Recruitment industry trends and products(ATS) is a plus.
Good to Have Skills
- Open to work in a start-up. Experience in sales, marketing and relationship building. Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
