The factory has grown to 200 employees and 6,000 square meters of production space, and produces 100,000 pillows and 50,000 blankets, bedspreads, and mattress protectors every month. The company has received all necessary certificates, including STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®️ Class I, and cooperates with major trade networks such as AUCHAN and Rozetka. The company's goal is to increase the export of home textile products made in Ukraine to the global market.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Assistant located in Noida. The Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for assisting buyers with creating and managing product assortments, monitoring inventory levels, researching trends, and analyzing sales reports. The Merchandising Assistant will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the textile or retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of inventory management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
