Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Hosur. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring the project is completed on time, and to the client's satisfaction. They will also manage construction workers, maintain project records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience working on construction sites 1-2 years

Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
