Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing manager to take charge of all marketing initiatives including social media digital campaigns advertising and creative projects. He/She will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence allocating resources to different projects and setting both shortterm and longterm goals for the department. We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role you will lead our Marketing initiatives to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams including Digital Advertising Communications and Creative

Prepare and manage monthly quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Design branding positioning and pricing strategies

Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events email campaigns web pages and promotional material)

Monitor competition (acquisitions pricing changes and new products and features)

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals

Analyse consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements and skills

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading acrosschannels marketing campaigns that engage educate and motivate

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and CRM software

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Numerically literate comfortable working with numbers making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
