Job description
Junior Architect shall be an important support to the Lead Architect for Design and Documentation. He shall be able to Deliver Drawings, Presentations, and Designs as and when required by the Design Team. · have sound knowledge of Architectural software. · be able to interpret byelaws. · be able to create a reference board based on the given design brief. · have good knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Rhino, Grasshopper, Indesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Ms. Office. · be able to work on Lumion, v-ray, and other rendering platforms. · be target-oriented. Responsibilities · Create conceptual designs documentation for various projects · understand the team's objectives. · Communicate effectively with the team. · Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups, and renderings) for clients · Prepare working Drawings and Detailed BOQs · ensure complete workflow is followed · Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
