We are acutely aware that our work impacts millions of patients and we work passionately to improve their lives. We are looking for Account Managers/ Business Partners. The role entails working collaboratively in a matrix organization, with senior leadership and across sales, delivery, finance, legal teams.

Job Responsibilities: Apply the mindset of being the ‘owner’ of all aspects of a business/account.

Business Development Activities to grow existing accounts and penetrate newer accounts Account strategy and planning RFP/ RFI Management along with SOW/ MSA creation o Proposal Creation (Win Themes, Solutioning, Value Proposition, Case Studies) Independent client communication to uncover opportunities Research to learn about the industry, clients, functional areas

Program Management and Delivery Governance in co-ordination with delivery teams Represent the ‘voice of the client’ in front of delivery teams Anticipate risks and drive stakeholders to mitigate them Serve as the glue between onshore-offshore, and cross-LOB stakeholders Cross-pollination of ideas/ solutions

Account Management & Operations Revenue (sold & forecast) & Margin tracking i.e., planned vs. actual, and fact finding in case of deviations Business review reports – monthly, quarterly, yearly CRM tracking

Desired Background: any mix of the experience areas below may be considered

Account Management/ Business Development/ Solutioning experience Technical Delivery/ Development experience in at least one of:

Analytics Cloud or data solutions Pharma sales and marketing operations Business consulting

• Pharma/ Life Science industry experience Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferable
