We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to work with us at QI Spine
Location : Kurla West, Work from Office
Objective of Role: The candidate will lead the BI team and streamline formats for all incoming data requests. He/ she will play a pivotal role to support all internal and external stakeholders including the management, for optimum business decisions. The role will also offer an opportunity to set up the analytics function from scratch at the organization.
Candidates Desired Background - Prefer MBA post-graduate majoring in Analytics/ Finance
- 2-5 years of work experience mandatory in analytics/ data intelligence/ business intelligence
- This is a work from office role and hence, candidate needs to be based out of Mumbai
- Knowledge/ prior experience of analytics tools and SQL will be preferred
Job Description - Lead the Business Intelligence team and work closely with all internal stakeholders to support them in their daily MIS requirements and institutionalize all back-end logics
- Consolidate MIS dashboards into single view with call-to-action for business teams
- Work closely with Power BI developers on creating optimum business and performance visibility dashboards
- Develop predictive models to forecast demand and match with right supply to generate maximum business impact
- Develop early warning signals for potential patient dropouts from the system basis various patient progress and clinic visit metrics
