About Company Paritosh Pathak International (PPi) is seeking a dynamic and creative Organic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media channels, including , Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify, and will be responsible for developing and implementing our organic digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities Develop and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify) to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Hands-on experience of running Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads and various organic marketing strategies. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written), ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and objectives. Perform basic video editing to create engaging content for our audience. Draft and dispatch email marketing campaigns to our mailing list, optimizing engagement and conversion rates. Implement channel-specific tactics to grow followers, engage with the community, and increase content reach. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms and email marketing campaigns, using data to drive future strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness Pre Requisites Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills. Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms. Basic video editing skills and familiarity with video editing software. Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics and reporting. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in technology and marketing trends. Personal Attributes A positive attitude and a team player who is averse to a gossip culture. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Openness to learning new skills and technologies. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
