Experience: 2 to 5 yrs exp in Plazma Machine programming, AutoCAD proficiency must.

Programming of cutting activities of CNC Plasma & Ox fuel Cutting Machines.
Nesting for both cutting & shearing machine.
Keep account of Steel consumption left over & scrap.
Prepare a delivery / cutting plan.
Improve steel utilization %
Preparation of cutting plan & Programming of cnc plasma cutting.
Preparing cutting layout plan of metal plate using AutoCAD as a Design tool
Preparing layout plan of cutting using nesting software
Works on Raw material (Weight, welding, cutting cost, Raw material cost)
Fabrication modelling & drawings with GD &T, Machining symbols, weld symbols
Drawing review. Costing and estimation of newly received project. Coordinating the project activities
