As a key member of our sales and customer service department, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company offerings.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing relevant information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Document and update customer information accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and engaging phone manner.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
