Job description

JOB SCOPE

Role : Food Safety Supervisor

• Develop and implement internal quality standards in compliance with FSSAI regulations
• Create standard operating procedures for all food safety areas
• Develop checklists for food operations
• Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews to identify deficiencies and verify corrective actions

Documentation

• Develop a comprehensive FSMS plan
• Create standard operating procedures for all operations
• Develop checklists and records to verify compliance with systems
• Ensure vendor compliance with FSSAI regulations

Training-Implementation

Design training programs to promote food safety culture and ensure implementation of food safety practices

Monitoring

• Monitor compliance with internal quality standards and government regulations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections

Reports

• Prepare daily work reports
• Create weekly snapshots of food safety performance
• Develop monthly presentations to share with management
• Conduct quarterly reviews and provide recommendations for improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

0-3 years- Work Experience

Education

Diploma/Graduate in Food Tech/Food Science/Microbiology or related fields
